Gasp, yes, it’s me. I’m actually posting and the hiatus is over, kind of.
I did some to miss you and miss having a venue for writing. I didn’t miss having to write on schedule or on limited topics to hit the audience and SEO goals. So from now on, I’m throwing out the content marketing rulebook. I’m going to write about what I want, when I want. It’s kind of back to the beginning.
What happened on my hiatus?
Not much, really. I binged a lot of crime dramas on TV. Law & Order, Vera, Father Brown, Shetland. I exercised, walked, and got healthier. In July I settle on an apartment. And, I joined the Oracle team to write support content for the Aconex construction software. Even though it’s working from home, or maybe because it’s working from home, it was overwhelming and I apologise to all the humans I’ve been ignoring.
Recently I’ve started getting headspace back, so I’ve started a photography class. It’s a 24-hour Udemy masterclass that goes back to basics. I’m sharing my assessments on a new photography challenge page. I’m also being more dedicated with exercise with a couple of concurrent challenges.
What have you been doing while I was gone? Big achievements? Little ones? Any shows to recommend? Want to join me with a challenge or two?
Update: It was actually hard writing this while ignoring the rulebook. I mentally revised the title and tried to decide on a focus keyword. And this is just an update post with minimal appeal.
Glad you’re back! And I am HERE for chucking out the rulebook 😍
Yaaay glad the blog’s back! 😊
Looking forward to updates on your photography challenge. I’m singing in a masterclass tomorrow night so that’s pretty exciting! Jed and I just started binging Brooklyn Nine-Nine^^
I miss you and Jed so much. We need to be in the same city again soon. You’re probably singing as I type this. I’m sure it’s going perfectly.
I don’t think I’ve watched Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Adding it to the list now.
